Every StokdUp account moves through the same three steps — from the household's first expression of intent, to a sourced and rotated set of supplies, to credentials over a climate-controlled reserve that lives off-site and out of sight.
The account begins with a short intake — your household size, the use cases you're preparing for, and any dietary or operational constraints we should plan around. No commitment, no upsell; just the signal we need to size the right tier against the right shape of household.
From that conversation, we draft an account outline: what the reserves will contain, where they'll be placed, and what the maintenance cadence looks like. You see the outline before anything is sourced.
Once the outline is approved, the account is filled. StokdUp sources the contents in alignment with your tier and your household's constraints, then registers the items to you on assignment. From that point on, rotation is handled on cadence — short-shelf items cycle before expiry, durable goods cycle on inspection — so what sits in your account stays usable across years, not just at signup.
Once the contents are in, the account is moved into the Indianapolis-metro facility — climate-controlled year-round, registered separately from every other account, and gated under credentials only your household holds. The address isn't on your front door, and the contents aren't visible from the curb.
Access is scheduled, not on-demand. Identity is verified at entry. A maintained inventory manifest tracks what's yours, so retrieval is unambiguous when the time comes. That posture — secured, separate, credentialed — is the whole point of the service.
